Mutation strategy
Mutation Designer will predict primer pairs for a QuickChange-like Site-Directed Mutagenesis experiment (i.e. both Fw and REV primers will have mutations, and you can choose whether the primers may or not overlap completely). Detailed documentation about overlapping primers.
